The Legend Boucles @ Bastogne between tradition and
evolution
After a 2023 edition that allowed the event to get
back into the swing of things, the Legend Boucles @ Bastogne 2024 will continue
on Friday 2, Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 February! The town centre and Place
McAuliffe will be abuzz with activity as soon as the technical and
administrative checks begin.
The cars, divided into the 'Legend', 'Challenger',
'Youngtimers', 'Classic 65' and 'Classic 50' categories, will once again take
on the forests surrounding Bastogne on Sunday, after the more traditional, but
so spectacular Regularity Tests on Saturday.
This 2024 edition of the Legend Boucles @ Bastogne has undergone an important and completely new development: from now on, it will be possible to take part in only the first day of the event, i.e. the Saturday stage, focusing on the asphalt sections. This should attract new cars as well as competitors who prefer not to venture into the forests on Sunday...
“The Legend Boucles @ Bastogne is first and foremost a
communion with a public that is as numerous as it is passionate," comments
organiser Pierre Delettre. Once again, the public will be able to feast their
eyes on the cars and crews on Friday evening, before returning to a route that
lives up to the event's reputation over the next two days. It's a programme
that will be enjoyed by crews of all abilities, whether they're into very high
average speeds or more modest ones".
So it's off to the heart of the province of Luxembourg
on the first weekend of February...
